FIND 10 QUALIFIED CANDIDATES

Guided by the Culture Analysis and Job Description, using our professional networks, modern search methods, and some old-fashioned hard work we find your candidates.

Step 3
Screening & Selection

SCHEDULE 3 INTERVIEWS

If we have at least 3 sourced candidates after your feedback from the initial 10, we begin phone screens. If after the phone screens there are less than 3 candidates, we source more candidates.
